Timmerman Finishing Inc. has been providing industrial coating services to our loyal customers since 1986.

We apply everything from enamels, epoxies and polyurethane to the most difficult water bases and powder coatings in our newly expanded 40,000 square foot building.

Timmerman can custom match colors and provide military specifications to suit any job or application and will provide the documentation, required for all military specifications, to include Certificate of conformance, pre- production process approvals, and outside testing results.

"The First Time"

Our 1000 foot inline conveyer system, has a three phase cleaning system and is equipped with the capacity to spray liquid and/or powder. It can be programmed to process your parts- fully automated, or manually when necessary.

Available also, are (8) Conventional batch spray booths, with (7) batch bake ovens.

Require extra cleaning? We also provide your parts with a 5 stage iron phosphate cleaning (type II, IAW TT-C-490) or a "non chrome" (4) stage aluminum etch cleaning, if the added cleaning is required.

We offer filling and grinding on sheet metal, when required.

Our inventory is kept in a 2000 sq foot fireproof paint storage at an ambient temperature.

(4) Shipping docks, ground level to 53 foot trailers, enables your drivers to receive prompt, and efficient service.

Our state- of- the- art computer software for quoting, invoicing, inventory and process control
allows us to operate at optimum efficiency.

The packaging department is also equipped for light assembly.

The quality department utilizes the latest and most "up to date" testing equipment, with the instrumentation, calibrated per manufacturers and ASTM requirements. Records available upon request.
